HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

The fastest way to reach us is by emailing help@epiccons.com. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 6 PM EST. We strive to respond as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. Kindly avoid sending multiple emails regarding the same inquiry.

WHAT INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship almost everywhere. All the countries below are apart of our ship outs, however sometimes due to limitations by carriers, some services may be suspended without notice.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

If you choose PayPal at checkout, you'll be redirected to their site to log in and review your order total before clicking "Pay Now." Once your payment is processed, you'll be returned to our site to complete your transaction.

 

I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH TRACKING, BUT MY ORDER HASN'T UPDATED?

Tracking information is provided as soon as your shipping label is created. Please note that order fulfillment typically takes 2-3 days before the package is handed off to the carrier. Once the carrier picks up the package, it may take up to 5 days for tracking updates to appear in their system.

We kindly ask that you wait up to 10 days after receiving your tracking number before reaching out. If there are no updates after 10 days, please email us at help@epiccons.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

Epic Cons is not responsible for any duties or taxes that may be imposed by customs in the destination country. Any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer. For more information about taxes and duties, please contact your local customs office.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to help you monitor its progress. If you don’t receive this email, please reach out to us at help@epiccons.com. To track your order, simply click the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. 

HOW ARE PRODUCTS SIZED?

We know that finding the right size can be challenging. Please refer to our size chart for more details to help you make the best choice.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

All sales are final; we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review sizing and sizing charts before making your purchase. Epic Cons is not liable for lost packages; any issues should be resolved directly with the delivery service. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at help@epiccons.com within 7 days of receiving your item for assistance.


CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I’VE PLACED IT?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add or modify items in an existing order. Please place a new order for the additional item(s).

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment department, we will be unable to cancel it. Please note that all orders are final sale, and cancellation is not guaranteed.
